This pattern makes a very unique table setting. The picture doesn't do the placemats justice. There are lots of stripes available to use your creativity. Other options include: strip piecing instead of a single stripe, piece together ribbons or trims, decorative stitching in rows on a solid strip of fabric, or piece together scraps to make the stripes.
