1) All returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and must receive prior approval by store manager.

 2) No returns on cut or laundered fabrics.

 3) Any return items must be in the same condition as shipped.

 4) No exchanges are allowed after 30 days from original sale.

 5) No returns on discontinued or sale merchandise.

 6) No returns on books or patterns because of copyright issues.

 7) All shipping charges are non-refundable except in the event of an error on our part.

 8) Any authorized returns can expect a refund in the method in which you paid within 7-14 business days.
